Survivor: Tocantins

Hello blog. It's been awhile.

From this point forward, I think there is one fact and one fact only that you should know about me, and that is that I watched Survivor: Tocantins on Youtube every night after work across a string of five particularly difficult days, and I loved this season more than any other season of television, ever.

Not only did I develop a massive crush on JT (during filming, disheveled survivor-style) and Stephen (after filming, New York-nerd-Jew style), but I also felt that this was the most brilliant cast of characters ever assembled on reality TV. From my obsessive Google image searching, I was struck by how much the aesthetics of the show were nothing to sneeze at either, with the most beautiful feather-adorned individual immunity idol, and bright, tribal props set against the backdrop of the Brazilian Highlands.

Inspired by my favorite blogging shtick, the themed collage (you know the ones) I've compiled a Polyvore tribute to Survivor: Tocantins, should you desire incorporating this "look" into your Fall wardrobe.

Filed under: how to eat up an entire Saturday morning and have a hoot on the Internet, recovering TV addict, this is not a joke.
